BaWwPs products are available through three distinct channels, each with its own purchasing terms. Please read carefully so you know exactly where you’re shopping and what terms apply.

Website Merchandise — BewareAWomanWhoPrays.com

Our faith-inspired apparel, accessories, and lifestyle merchandise are sold exclusively through our Wix-powered website. All purchases made at BewareAWomanWhoPrays.com are subject to these Terms and Conditions in full.

BaWwPs Companion Products — Amazon

BaWwPs companion publications are sold through Amazon, including:

  • BaWwPs Health & Wellness Companion (digital and paperback)

  • BaWwPs Prayer Reflections (digital and paperback)

  • BaWwPs Perpetual Calendar (hardcopy)

  • Any future BaWwPs reference guides or manuals

Purchases made on Amazon are subject to Amazon’s Terms of Service, Return Policy, and Privacy Policy. We do not control Amazon’s platform, pricing, or policies, and we cannot process returns or disputes for Amazon orders on our end.

In-Person Event Sales

The spiral-bound edition of the BaWwPs Health & Wellness Companion is available exclusively at live events where we are physically present. This format is not sold on our website or through Amazon.

Certain BaWwPs and BaMwPs merchandise (cups, t-shirts, etc., may also be available for purchase at live events.

All in-person sales are final at the time of purchase.​​

Eligibility

To make a purchase on BewareAWomanWhoPrays.com, you must meet the following requirements:

  • You must be at least 18 years of age, or be purchasing with the express permission of a parent or legal guardian.

  • By using this website, you represent and confirm that you meet this eligibility requirement.

  • This site is intended for use within the United States and internationally where permitted by applicable law.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason, at any time, at our sole discretion.

Account Creation (Optional)

Creating an account on BewareAWomanWhoPrays.com is completely optional — but it makes future shopping faster and easier. If you choose to create one, here’s what you need to know:

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Pricing, Availability & Orders

Pricing

  • All prices on our website are listed in U.S. dollars (USD).

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

  • We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors. If an error is discovered after your order is placed, we will notify you promptly and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel your order entirely — no pressure, no penalty.

Availability

  • Because our merchandise is produced print-on-demand through Printify, most items are available to order at any time.

  • Some products may be temporarily unavailable due to supply chain or production constraints beyond our control.

  • We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

Orders

  • Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order.

  • Your order is officially confirmed when you receive an order confirmation email from us.

  • Once an order has been submitted and sent to Printify for production, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

Please review your cart carefully before checking out — once production begins, we cannot pull it back! Take a moment to double-check your size, color, and shipping address.

Payment

We want your checkout experience to be smooth, secure, and stress-free. Here’s how payments work:

  • All payments are processed securely through Wix Payments (powered by Stripe) and/or PayPal.

  • We do not store, see, or have access to your full credit or debit card information — ever.

  • All transactions are encrypted using SSL/TLS technology to protect your information.

  • By submitting payment, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that all billing information is accurate.

A Note on Chargebacks: For any payment disputes, please contact us directly at hello@bewareawoman whopray s.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and honestly, and we’d much rather work it out together first.

Print-On-Demand Production (Printify)

Our website merchandise is produced on demand, meaning each item is made specifically for your order. Here’s what that means for you:

  • Each item is manufactured by one of Printify’s professional print partners, chosen for quality and reliability.

  • Colors, sizing, and print placement may vary slightly from product photos due to the nature of the print-on-demand process and differences in display screens.

  • We strive for quality and consistency in every order. Any significant defects or production errors will be addressed promptly under our resolution process (see Section 9).

  • Some orders may be produced and shipped from different Printify facilities, which may result in separate shipments for a single order.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

We stand behind everything we send your way. Here’s how we handle situations where something isn’t right.

What We Cover

  • Items that arrive defective or damaged

  • Items where you received the wrong product

  • Items confirmed lost in transit, per the terms outlined in our Shipping Policy

What We Do Not Cover

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind — all sales are final once production has begun

  • Incorrect sizes ordered by the customer — please refer to our size guides carefully before purchasing

  • Minor color variations due to monitor settings or the nature of the printing process

How to Request a Resolution

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery at BaWsPs@gmail.com

  • Include your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photos where applicable

  • We will review your request and coordinate with Printify to offer a reprint or refund as appropriate

  • Please note that resolution timelines depend on Printify’s internal review process

Amazon Purchases

Returns and refunds for products purchased through Amazon must be handled directly through Amazon’s return policy and customer service. We are unable to process returns for Amazon orders on our end.

In-Person Event Purchases

All in-person event sales are final at the time of purchase. We encourage you to inspect items before completing your purchase at any event.

In-Person Event Sales

  • All in-person sales are final at the time of purchase.

  • Payment may be accepted via cash, CashApp, Zelle or card through a secure point-of-sale system (e.g., Square).

  • Signing or personalization may be available at the seller’s discretion on a case-by-case basis.

  • Email addresses collected at events for mailing list sign-ups are entirely voluntary and are governed by our Privacy Policy.

  • Event pricing may differ from any other format or channel and is set at the time of the event.

We love meeting our community in person! Please take a moment to look over your item before leaving our table — we want you to walk away happy.

The BaWwPs brand was built with faith, intention, and a whole lot of prayer — and we protect it accordingly.

All content on BewareAWomanWhoPrays.com — including but not limited to the brand name, logos, taglines, product designs, graphics, text, images, and artwork — is the intellectual property of BewareAWomanWhoPrays.com / BaWwPs and is protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

  • You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, modify, or use any brand content without our express written permission.

  • This includes but is not limited to: using BaWwPs designs on merchandise, copying website text, or misrepresenting affiliation with the brand.

  • Personal, non-commercial use — such as sharing a product photo on social media with proper credit to the brand — is welcome and genuinely appreciated.
